Villa Resital is located in the desirable Kalamar Bay, with stunning sea views.
The four-bedroom villa is spacious and stylishly furnished with modern pieces throughout.
Step into the large living space comprised of a lounge and kitchen.
This space fills with light thanks to the full-length windows and glass doors giving easy access to the terrace and incredible views.
Head downstairs and you'll find the large entertainment area with further comfortable seating, TV, air-conditioning, and even gym equipment.
Also on this level is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor, both have balcony access with views of the Aegean.
Head up one more floor to find the main bedroom, this room has access to a private roof terrace.
All rooms have comfortable furnishings and little touches to make your stay as easygoing as possible. Outside on the terrace there is plenty of space to sunbathe with iced drink in hand whilst taking in your surroundings.
Take a dip in the infinity pool or kick back in the whirlpool section.
The portable barbeque and alfresco dining facilities are ideal for enjoying a grill night and trying some authentic Turkish kebabs. Villa Resital is located just a walk away from many restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of Kalkan.
Experience the buzz of Iskele Sokak and admire the boats in the port or have a go at some watersports. Mobility Statement: This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area.
To access the villa there is a path which is 104cm wide along with 36 steps.
The front door has a width of 100cm.
The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 124cm wide, the only access to the pool is from the living room patio doors.
Paths from the villa to the pool area are 104cm wide, the outside area is paved and flat.
The door into the kitchen/dining area is 104cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 104cm wide.
There is no bedroom or bathroom on the ground floor.
There are 17 steps to the first floor, the widest first floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 80cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower.
