Vacation 2024 I had been told there would be construction. The balconies were supposed to be completed by the beginning of February. There were roaches crawling around which freaked me out I had to leave snd go to another hotel!! The sliding glass door handle was broken the guy came took the handle and never came back to replace it… The trolley never came to pick me up I spent a fortune on Lyft and taxis… The lady at the front desk was nasty and informative on anytging that I asked her! Overall not good
