Downs Valley House is a charming urban retreat tucked away in Brighton, complete with private off-street parking for two cars.
This spacious three-bedroom home offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to all of Brighton's attractions â from local pubs and cafes to the beach and nearby South Downs, perfect for scenic walks and stunning views.
Inside, youâll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a dedicated dining room, and three generously sized bedrooms. Guests have access to the whole house privately to themselves for the dates of their stay. There is off street parking for two vehicles at the property. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property. Pets: Allowed.

Additional rules: - Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
