The Master Bedroom has a Neighborhood feel to try emulate the expansive shores of the Maslak 1453, and finally, the Guest Bedroom has an Autumn feel to reflect Anadul autumn We hope you enjoy the effect our interior designer tried so hard to create. I am on-call for my guests 24 hours a day.

I utilize email, texting, phone calls or whatever else is necessary to provide the best possible service, immediately.

More importantly, I have a site manager (good family friend) who is located in the same close to the building, who will help out at a moments notice as well. It is so close to EVERYTHING.

Pelican Mall, down the road from Marmara Park Mall, a 1 minute walk to the Saturday Pazar and 7 minute walk to Avcilar Shopping Center, an 8 minute drive to Avcilar ido feribot or a 2 minute walk to the E-5 Metro-bus Station dropping you to the main Shopping, Dining, Dancing, Drinking, and all the tourist destinations in Fatih, Taksim, Beyoglu Bosphorus, Uskudar and Kadikoy on the Asian side.
