Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Bailly-Romainvilliers, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities - Gym 5 minutes away (Magicfit Serris) - Cycling - Visit the village valley - Disneyland Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Val d'Europe RER A station, about 20 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, about 20 minutes by car.
