It features an outdoor hot tub, has a floor area of 107 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an outdoor cabin with two beds, a shower room, and a garden of around 250 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is on one level and is laid out as follows: - A 60 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a shower for two people - A separate toilet In the annexe: - Bedroom 3: two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and high chair on request, iron and ironing board, and board games. Outdoors: - A hot tub for 5 people, open from 15 April to 31 October - An outdoor area of 250 m² - A 90 m² terrace surrounding the house with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally situated in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a chemist’s and doctors’ surgeries... Activities: - Barneville beach, 200 metres away - Water sports - Walks and hikes along the coastal paths - Riding centre - The Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Nature Park Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (two spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Cap Cotentin bus stop less than a 10-minute walk away - Nearest railway station: Valognes, 35 km away - Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet, 150 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (maximum of 2 small dogs). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
