The apartment is located in the historic center, in an strategic position, between Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Pitti, symbols of the city of Florence.

The property is located in the ZTL; it is possible to park for a fee at Santa Trinità Garage, which allows you to obtain a permit to access the center by car.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.


PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.


A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:

- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;

- EUR 40 from 00:00.


All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in an ideal area to visit Florence, from which the most classic itineraries start to admire the historic beauties and city gardens. Ponte Vecchio with its jewelery, the Boboli Garden with its majestic blossoms, the Uffizi Museum and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella are definitely worth seeing and deserving of a visit. There are also numerous restaurants and trattorias where to taste the typical products of Florence and Tuscany!


-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport you can reach the apartment in about 40 minutes by R03 line to "Porta A Prato" stop, where you have to take the C3 line (Piazza Beccaria) at the "Leopolda T1 Porta Al Prato" stop, and get off at the "Piazza Sauro" stop, that is 2 minutes away from the apartment.


-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment by foot in about 10 minutes.


If you're travelling by car, we inform you that the apartment is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, so please pay attention to the accesses.

It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Jacopo street, 10, just 7 minutes away from the apartment.
