Marconi 18 is a beautiful detached stone house, recently renovated, located in the oldtown of Alberobello.
The house consists of an entrance living room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an outdoor area reserved for guests.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in each room, and it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Marconi 18 is located in the wonderful oldtown of Alberobello, a few steps from the Basilica dei Santi Medici and the famous Rione Monti.
The house consists of an ancient stone part and a more recent one, both recently renovated.
In the old part of the building there is an entrance living room with vaulted ceiling and stone walls, a double bedroom with French bed and a corridor leading to the new area of the house.
In the latter we find a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, oven and table with chairs.
The kitchen leads to the outdoor area reserved for guests, where there are a table with chairs and an outdoor living room. Marconi 18 is located in the oldtown of Alberobello, a few kilometers from the other main towns of the Valle d’Itria and from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea. Bari Airport is 70 km away and Brindisi Airport is 75 km away.
The house is about 9 km from Locorotondo, 14 km from Martina Franca, 16 km from the caves of Castellana, 18 km from Cisternino, 21 km from Monopoli, 29 km from Polignano a Mare, 32 km from Ostuni, 69 km from Matera and 112 km from Lecce.
