I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Belfast International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We loved our stay in Belfast!! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was short walk to the shops and a nice coffee shop in CS Lewis square. It had everything we need, I even managed to bake a cake in the kitchen for my partners birthday!! We would highly recommend staying here and we would live to come and visit again!!

Nicely furnished apartment, area surrounding is a little rough. Beds were comfortable and kitchen lovely. Its not 2 ensuites though as advertised - 1 ensuite and one main bathroom. Iron also didnt work. We had to endure a whole Saturday evening of blaring music from a neighbour in another appartment.

In a flight path so can be noisy in the mornings. Lovely apartment. The communal hall way was not the most inviting but the general area where the flat was, was nice. About 40 minutes walk to the city hall but we just went on the bus which was £5 each for a day ticket most days
