- VERANDA 1 (access from the living room) with dining table, deckchairs and sun loungers;
- VERANDA 2 (access from the bedroom) with dining table, external shower and sink;
🡥 SECOND FLOOR MEZZANINE (accessible by stairs)
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, clothes rack and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (air conditioning in the bedroom on the upper floor), washing machine (in the bathroom on the ground floor), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Guests can also use 2 reserved parking spaces (n° 90 and 143), outdoors, in the square at the entrance of the residence.
There is also a shared swimming pool, accessible according to the following times and rates
- 1–26 June: open only in the morning, EUR 2 per person
- 27 June–31 August: open all day, EUR 3 per person
- 1–14 September: open only in the morning, EUR 2 per person

- Inside the house there are stairs and steps: be careful if you are traveling with children.
- It is strictly forbidden to light fires inside the residence.
7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
