This enchanting maisonette, originally built in 1300, has been meticulously restored to retain its historical charm while incorporating modern comforts.
Nestled in the heart of the ‘Jewish Quarter,’ a vibrant neighborhood steeped in rich history, the house is just 50 meters from the Synagogue and 100 meters from Evreon Martion Square – an ideal spot for immersing yourself in local culture and heritage.
I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 2 euros per day.
This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

The Rooms The maisonette spans 65 square meters across two floors.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and a fridge with an icebox.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to keep you connected.
A well-lit bathroom with a shower and toilet, paired with solar and electric water heating, ensures your comfort year-round.
Upstairs, the bedroom invites you with its in-built antique wardrobe and a comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 bed.
The room opens onto a private balcony, ideal for sipping your morning coffee while taking in the vibrant neighborhood.
The air-conditioned bedroom also features satellite TV and wooden floors that enhance the warm and inviting ambiance, while several windows fill the space with natural light.
A new build bathroom offers refreshment with a walk-in shower on the same floor.
The crown jewel of the house awaits on the second floor, accessible via a charming narrow staircase reminiscent of a ship’s ladder.
Here, the roof terrace offers a private escape with two sun loungers and breathtaking views of the rooftops and the harbor.
Whether you’re basking in the sun, enjoying an alfresco meal, or simply soaking in the historic surroundings, the terrace is a highlight of the property.
Please note: due to the steep staircase leading to the roof terrace, the house is not suitable for small children, but it makes for an ideal romantic retreat for couples or a peaceful getaway for solo travelers.

Es war alles schön! Eine zauberhafte Unterkunft in der Altstadt mit toller Dachterrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia und die Herzlichkeit während unseres Urlaubes sind heutzutage eher eine Seltenheit! Lieben Dank 😊

la casa era pulita vicina alla spiaggia un ringraziamento particolare a Claudia per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.Consiglierei sicuramente questa proprietà per una vacanza diversa dal solito albergo.
