If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification. ⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.

People not on the provided list will not be allowed into the building. ⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest.

Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately.

Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished. ⚠️ All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
