A spacious and colorful apartment of approximately 80 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to six people, located on the fifth floor of a building WITHOUT lift (stairs to access).
The property is well-connected by public transportation, just 300 meters from the "Garbatella" metro station on the B line and 900 meters from Rome Ostiense Station.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and two balconies.

The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 52" Smart TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, and balcony access;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, moka, washing machine, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, split A/C, and balcony access;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), bedside tables, coat hangers, chair, desk, split A/C, and en-suite bathroom;
- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II (enclosed to the double bedroom) with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet;
- BALCONY I with access from the living room and furnished with a small table and chairs;
- BALCONY II with access from the double bedroom and furnished with ottoman;
- STORAGE ROOM (on the balcony of the master bedroom).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, central heating with valves, split air conditioning (living room and bedrooms), record player, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, coat rack, and two hairdryers.

Dzielnica mało zabytkowa, ale naprzeciwko bary, sklepy. Za jednym rogiem carrefour a za drugim metro do centrum. Odległość metrem od koloseum to 3 przystanki. Dostępne również bezpośrednie linie autobusowe do samego watykanu.
Jedyny minus - brak kawy.

Roma tatilimiz için 3 gece ailemle birlikte konakladık. Ev yeterince temizdi. Giriş talimatları çok açıktı. Eve girişte herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Tek eksisinin konumu olduğunu düşünüyorum. Toplu taşımaya uzaklığını bilmiyorum ama aracımızla şehir merkezine ulaştık. Park edebilmek için her gün birkaç tur atmamız gerekti.

logement propre et spacieux. Logement bien desservi par les transports en commun et magasins en face.
Entrée connectée un peu compliquée à comprendre.
Impossibilité d'accéder aux chaînes de la télévision malgré les nombreux compléments d'information envoyés par l'hôte, c'est dommage.
Cafetière électrique absente.
