Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Perivale Underground Station on the Central Line is just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to Oxford Circus and central London in around 25 minutes.
Greenford Station, also nearby, connects to both the Central Line and National Rail services.
Frequent bus routes run to Ealing, Wembley, and Greenford, while street parking is available nearby for guests travelling by car. Please note, construction is due to take place next to this flat starting in March - September 2026, so there may be some noise disturbance Monday - Friday 8 am - 6pm. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

This used to be a studio, but we have now converted it into a 1 bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and all the essential utensils for preparing meals at home.
The bathroom includes a modern shower, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Additional conveniences such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or an event at nearby Wembley, this well-appointed studio offers a welcoming home away from home.

amazing! loved the whole experience and it was a great price spacious second floor apartment. plenty of facilities. amazing price!
staying here during a heatwave just made it unbelievably hot. luckily we had brought a small portable fan but i’d look into getting a fan or air conditioning for the property.

Although the noise from the building works right next door was a bit of a nuisance, it was a great place for a long-term stay. There’s a large supermarket nearby, and it’s easy to get to and from Central London via Alperton and Wembley Central stations. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer made...

Very Charming and cozy loft near wembley , not so far from central and tube station . Walking distance to grocery stores . My favorite part doing cardio along the river leading to a small Mountain and disc golf course .
