The Bookshop Apartment is a two-storey, reverse-level, first-floor apartment consisting of a double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC on the entrance floor. Upstairs, there is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with handcrafted built-in bookshelves, a sofa-bed, and TV. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with long-term parking at Northwood House and metered parking on the Esplanade or Castle Road. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.
