5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Villa 5451. Comfort is key here. You’ll find tons of space, and wonderfully furnished gathering spaces like in the living room where everyone can socialize, play games, and watch the giant flat-screen TV.
A pristine kitchen offers an open concept plan so whoever’s doing the cooking or meal prep can still be part of the group’s conversation. There are premium appliances, lots of counter space, and a convenient breakfast bar for quick bites. A lovely eight-seat round table is ideal for larger meals.
A cartoon mouse-themed activity room with a ping pong table and PlayStation4 console are on hand for those who want to flex their competitive muscles.
Up to nine people can rest comfortably in the property’s four expansive bedrooms, including the two children's-themed bedrooms for the superheroes or princesses in the family. Your kids will feel like they’re part of the adventure in the first room, thanks to some intense wall murals. Would-be princesses will be enchanted in their pretty pink- and white-striped, bunk-bed room with a twin on top, full on the bottom and a trundle bed for extra sleeping space. A magical-looking chandelier completes the scene.
Another thing that’s magical: the outdoor living space perfect for warm Florida summer days with a private swimming pool, spillover spa, and poolside basketball hoop for the entire family to enjoy.
Speaking of fun in the sun… make sure you explore the Encore Resort offering exclusive on-property amenities including a waterpark with a thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, sport courts, and an amenity center with a fitness room and kid's play area. The resort, less than a 10-minute drive to Disney World, offers free shuttle service to the parks

Beautiful home and property. Loved the waterpark and amenities! Pool alarm is very loud. Some ants on the first floor. Pool was sometimes not clean if the grass was just cut

The only way to describe this property would be AMAZING!!!! We had a total of 9 guests in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone... From the pool at the house to the waterpark at the clubhouse it was all perfect. Communication with the host was on point.. We are looking at rebooking for next year
